• All purchases are final. Our products are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable except as specified below.

2. Exception: Damaged Items at Delivery

• Returns and exchanges are strictly limited to items found significantly damaged at delivery.
• Significant damage includes structural defects such as cracks, breakage, or warping that impact functionality or appearance.
• Minor marks, scratches, or natural timber variations do not qualify.

3. Inspection and Reporting Process

• Inspect each product during delivery and report any issues immediately.
• If significant damage is found:
• Do not accept the product.
• Notify the delivery team, take photographs, and ensure the complaint is recorded onsite with your signature.
• Accepting delivery without reporting damage constitutes acceptance; further claims will not be entertained.

4. Exchange & Return Resolution

• Verified claims entitle you to:
• An exchange for a replacement (if in stock); or
• A full return with refund.
• Claims are processed within 7-14 business days after approval.

5. Items Not Eligible

• Claims after delivery or once the delivery team departs will not be accepted.
• Installed, used, or modified products are ineligible.
• Custom or personalized items are only eligible for return/exchange if delivered severely damaged.
