- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Should a delay arise due to high order volume or unforeseen events, we will contact you promptly.

- We offer standard and expedited shipping options, with shipping methods and estimated timelines displayed at checkout and in order confirmation emails.
- Orders containing large or heavy items such as doors or timber are delivered using specialized freight carriers equipped for safe transport.
- Carrier selection and shipping method may vary based on delivery location, order size, and product type.
3. Shipping Rates and Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated based on size, weight, delivery location, and shipping method. All fees are clearly displayed at checkout.
- Bulky orders may incur palletization or additional freight charges. If a custom shipping quote is required, our team will contact you before shipment.
4. Delivery Areas and Restrictions
- We deliver to addresses throughout India. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

5. Delivery and Scheduling
- Delivery timeframe depends on location and shipping method. You’ll receive an estimated delivery window at checkout and via email after shipment.

- If unable to receive the delivery within the carrier’s required timeframe, storage or redelivery charges may apply.
6. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information if available, so you can monitor your order in real time.
7. Risk of Loss and Damages
- Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
- At delivery, please inspect products thoroughly in the presence of the carrier. Significant damage should be photographed and noted on the carrier’s delivery record before acceptance.
