• Contact and order details — name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and city, collected when you place an order, request a quote, or contact us.
• Order content — the product, size, material, design, and any notes or reference photos you provide for a custom order or quote request.
• Payment information — when you pay online, your card or UPI details are entered directly into our payment partner Cashfree’s secure payment page. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN on our servers.
• Technical information — standard web log data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically for security and to keep the Site working correctly.

How we use your information

• To process and fulfil orders and quote requests, including manufacturing, delivery, and installation.
• To contact you about your order or quote by phone, WhatsApp, or email — whichever you tell us you prefer.
• To send order confirmations, payment receipts, and delivery updates.
• To improve the Site and our products based on how they’re used.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations, including GST record-keeping.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum information necessary with a small number of service providers who help us run the Site and deliver orders:

• Cashfree Payments, to process online card, UPI, and net banking payments.
• Delivery and logistics partners, to ship or deliver your order.
• Our website hosting and technical service providers, who store the Site’s data on our behalf.

We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

The Site uses essential cookies to keep your shopping cart working, remember your session, and process checkout securely. These are necessary for the Site to function and cannot be turned off without affecting your ability to place an order.

How long we keep your information

We keep order and transaction records for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting law. Quote requests and enquiries that don’t result in an order are kept only as long as needed to respond to you, and are periodically removed.
