3. Orders and Formation of Contract

• Submitting an order constitutes an offer to buy the products. An order is only deemed accepted when we confirm it in writing (email or official invoice).
• We retain the right to refuse or cancel any order before acceptance for any reason, including pricing errors or lack of availability.
• Prices are provisional and may be revised prior to confirmation. You will be notified of any changes before your order is finalized.

4. Payment Terms

• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and direct bank transfers. No order will be processed until payment has cleared.
• Ownership and title in goods do not pass to you until full payment has been received and processed by us.

5. Delivery Policy

• We endeavor to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes stated at the time of purchase. However, delivery dates are approximate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Our liability for delivery delays is expressly excluded where the delay is caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, supply chain interruptions, or force majeure.
• It is your responsibility to ensure proper access to the delivery location and to be present or have an authorized representative present to inspect and receive the products.

6. Inspection, Returns, and Exchanges

• At the time of delivery, you or your authorized representative must thoroughly inspect all products for damage or defects in the presence of our delivery team.
• If significant structural damage (cracks, breaks, severe warping) is present at delivery, you must immediately notify the delivery team, photograph the damage, and ensure it is documented in writing or digitally with your signature.
• Products that are accepted at delivery without reporting damage are considered received and accepted in satisfactory condition. No subsequent claims for damage or defects will be entertained.
• All sales are final. Products are non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of significant damage discovered and reported at delivery as specified above.
• If a valid damage claim is accepted at delivery, you may choose between a replacement of the same product (subject to availability) or a full refund for the affected item. Our team will process valid claims within 7-14 business days from written approval.
• Products that are installed, used, modified, or handled after delivery (except for the purposes of inspection) are ineligible for return or exchange.

7. Product Descriptions and Variations

• Product descriptions, images, and other content on the website are provided for general guidance. Actual products may show minor differences in color, grain, or finish due to the natural characteristics of timber and the limitations of digital displays.
• Such natural variations and minor discrepancies are not considered defects and are not grounds for cancellation, return, or refund.
