Billing rule: your entered size is rounded up to the nearest standard length (72/75/78/81/84") and standard width (27/30/32/33/36/38/42") independently, and the area is calculated from those rounded figures — not your exact size. Minimum billable area for teak doors is 18 sqft (other door types use 16 sqft). Sizes beyond 84" × 42" require a custom quote. Some designs carry a per-sqft surcharge over the base quality rate — shown on each design tile and itemized in the price summary; designs marked “Price pending” haven’t been finalized yet and will be confirmed with you before the order is placed. Custom Design orders are priced the same as our standard designs — we review your uploaded file and confirm feasibility and shade options with you before dispatch.
