Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of door-it.com and any order you place with Sri Shiva Saw Mills, trading as Door-it™ (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

Most of our doors are custom-made to the size and finish you select using our price calculators, and are manufactured to order rather than kept as ready stock. All prices shown on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

Because doors are made from natural wood, minor variation in grain pattern and colour between the product photos and your finished item is normal and is not a defect. We take reasonable care to represent our products accurately in photographs and descriptions, but we do not guarantee an exact colour match, especially for wood-finish materials.

For products marked “Request a Quote” — custom furniture, panelling, window frames and shutters, and services — the price is confirmed with you directly after you submit your requirements, before any order is placed.

Orders and order acceptance

Placing an order through the Site or confirming a quote is an offer to buy, which we accept once we confirm your order by phone, WhatsApp, or email, or once production begins. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if a size falls outside what we can manufacture, or if payment cannot be verified — in which case we will notify you and refund any payment already made.

Payment

We accept payment online through Cashfree Payments (cards, UPI, net banking) and Cash on Delivery, where available for your location. Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree; we do not store your full card or UPI details.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, product photography, the Door-it™ name and logo, and design library images — belongs to Sri Shiva Saw Mills or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

We aim for every order to meet the specification you confirmed, and we stand behind our workmanship as set out in our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Beyond replacing or repairing a defective product, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed or faulty products, to the extent permitted by Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mysore, Karnataka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
